WORK TYPE: Hybrid; 3 days in office 2 days remote
LOCATION DETAILS: 711 N Front St Suite 100 Memphis TN 38107
WORK HOURS: Full time exempt
PAY RATE: USD $90000 $10000 base salary
Pay rate will vary based on criteria such as education experience and qualifications of the applicant location internal equity and alignment with the market.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
We are looking for an energetic and teamoriented candidate to join our Memphis based team who has a demonstrated track record of success supporting technology solutions process improvement ideas and/or administering change management initiatives.
A truly exceptional Support Analyst will serve as an information hub. They constantly seek out process vet analyze share and present information about how the company works or could work. They are good listeners teachers prefer a collaborative approach to problem solving and have developed the technical leadership change management and project management skills necessary to achieve results under tight deadlines without damaging relationships. This candidate will take ownership of support for line of business applications used within Varsity working through a small team as well as the broader IT team as needed and a network of external vendors.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provides business application support and training
- Provides leadership technical guidance and oversight
- Leads business problem elicitation feasibility and business case definition for projects
- Gathers business and technical requirements
- Translates customers highlevel requirements into functional specifications for developers
- Performs process modeling and process redesign Ensures requirements traceability through testing
- Performs test of systems changes prior to User Acceptance Testing Provides project management support Works well in a team environment communicating business and technical requirements to IT resources business groups and vendors.
- Competent to work on all phases of systems analysis while considering business implications of the implied technologies to current and future business environments
- Assists with troubleshooting technical issues Learn and understand the overall systems landscape and the impact of changes to hardware or software
- Actively supports corporate efforts policies and protocols for Security Information Protection and Threat Protection
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- The ability to interact with users in clear nontechnical terms

- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate results in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent critical thinking problem solving mathematical skills and sound judgment
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with nontechnical counterparts
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree. Preferably in Information Systems Business Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience 4 years) as a Support Analyst or Business Analyst across multiple projects
- Experience with Office 365 applications
- Bonus points for: WordPress administration Office 365 administration SharePoint administration Atlassian Jira administration
- Extensive experience in business analysis techniques such as information gathering methods requirements documentation user stories process modeling and process mapping
- Strong understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle and delivery approaches
- Experience with technology installation and support
- Experience leading group training or requirements gathering sessions
- Basic knowledge of computer networking and client/server communication concepts
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. The ability to sit or stand for long periods through meetings and while operating office equipment PCs laptop telephone will be required.
