Job Description
Now Hiring PartTime Admin/Clerical Position with Visiting Angels FarmingtonNM
Starting Pay: $18.00 an Hour
MondayFriday from 8:30am12:30pm
POSITION PURPOSE:
The admin/clerical position will consist of office duties including but not limited to answering phone calls scanning/copying/emailing timely important documentation filing keeping the office clean and tidy and being present and assist when Caregivers or Clients come into the office.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Answer the telephone
- Demonstrate dependability
- Timely copying and filing of appropriate care recipient documentation
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and employees assuring clients and employees confidentiality
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team
SPERCIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES:
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) applications scheduling systems and other health care industry related software.
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly fluently and diplomatically orally and in writing.
- Ability to plan organize prioritize delegate and accurately follow through in work activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines.
- Ability to generate goodwill for the organization and its management among staff clients and caregivers.
- U.S. Citizen or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit.
