About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated PhD researcher for a postdoctoral position focused on developing generative models for structurebased drug design. The postdoc will work at the intersection of deep generative modeling differential geometry and computational chemistry.
Core Responsibilities
- Investigate implement and develop stateoftheart generative techniques (diffusion flowmatching stochastic interpolants etc. for generative modelling of small molecules.
- Benchmark and compare model performance with previous approaches.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to publications and presentations.
About You
- PhD candidate in Computer Science Machine Learning Computational Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong background in generative modeling and geometric deep learning.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch JAX TensorFlow).
- Strong programming skills and experience with largescale computational experiments.
Nicetohaves
- Familiarity with quantum chemistry methods.
- Prior work in AIdriven drug discovery and molecular optimization.
- Publication record in toptier conferences/journals

The US base salary range for this fulltime position is expected to be $115k $135k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range individual pay is determined by factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
