Retail Store Manager
Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers LaGrange GA
Fulltime
The Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is currently looking for a hardworking and dedicated Retail Store Manager to support and manage our LaGrange Retail Store.
Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers Inc.s Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Guide support and coach retail team members on customer service engagement processing and warehouse efficiency
- Generate labor schedules and delegate assignments
- Manage store operations regarding recruiting hiring training and team development; complete and submit all related documentation
- Analyze reports and base decisions on those results
- Develop action plans to support continuous improvement in areas such as production customer service sales safety logistics etc.
- Prioritize safety for team members customers and donors by ensuring all work areas are free of clutter and all GoodwillSR safety procedures are followed
- Input daily donations production counts and salvage inventory
- Manage maintenance and supplies for the Retail Store and associated Attended Donation Centers
- Integrate GoodwillSRs Mission and values in all daily activities
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the District Manager
Work Environment:
This job operates in a retail/warehouse environment. Team members may be subject to indoor and outdoor conditions dust dirt and other allergens noise heat ad cold temperatures.
Requirements:
- Level of knowledge normally gained through completion of an associates degree
- 3 years managing a retail operation and leading a team
