Senior Copywriter Creative Strategy
What will you do
A day in the life of a Senior Copywriter Creative at Dickies looks a little like this.
As the Senior Copywriter Creative Strategy you will collaborate with creative teams to develop and visualize compelling campaign ideas. Adapt content for different platforms ensuring consistency and effectiveness while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Creative Directors Designers Marketing and Commercial teams to develop compelling campaigns and storytelling approaches. This role reports to the Senior Director Creative.

Develop creative strategies that are forward thinking and inline with current media trends.
Collaborate with creative directors designers and marketing teams to develop compelling campaign ideas and storytelling approaches.
Oversee clear persuasive and engaging copy for various mediums including digital and social media partner websites sales literature and instore. Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines legal requirements and compliance standards
Develop original ideas & concepts aligned with project briefs brand tone and target audiences.
Localize or tailor messages for regional or demographyspecific campaigns. Review refine and proofread copy to meet quality standards and ensure errorfree deliverables.
Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to uphold brand guidelines in all communications.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends competitors and audience preferences
Integrate feedback from stakeholders to improve and iterate on content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of highquality work Stay flexible and efficient in fastpaced deadlinedriven environments.
Maintain documentation of content workflows approvals and project histories.

Familiarity with creative processes and techniques including digital media
Confidence in building a rapport with internal stakeholders and nurturing good working relationships

$83808.00 USD $104760.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
