Description of Duties:
- Designing network infrastructure solutions with an emphasis on manufacturer standards and best practices
- Remotely manage the installation of network infrastructure equipment including switches routers wireless and security appliances at client sites
- Troubleshooting resolving and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
- Identifying and escalating cross selling opportunities
- Create and maintain network diagrams and other supporting documentation
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal clients
- Ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects at once
Qualifications:
- Degree or Certification in ITrelated field
- Minimum 4 to 6 years experience with related network infrastructure technologies such as Cisco Meraki Palo Alto etc.
- Cisco CCNP certification
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2 technologies and dynamic routing protocols
- Cisco onitor experience
- Cisco & CCIE certification
- Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE)
- LogicMMeraki Wireless LAN Experience
- Cisco & Meraki SDWAN Experience
- Cisco Identity Services Engine Experience
- IT consulting experience with midmarket clients a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong problemsolving skills
