Job Description
****CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD****
Crowned Grace International is seeking a seasoned Program Manager Master to lead and oversee complex contract operation support functions. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience and will play a critical role in organizing directing and managing multiple interrelated project tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize direct and manage contract operation support functions to ensure the effective of multiple complex projects and tasks.
- Lead and manage teams of contract support personnel across various locations fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Maintain and manage seniorlevel client relationships building and nurturing key stakeholder connections within the client organization.
- Meet regularly with both customer and contractor personnel to formulate review and refine task plans and deliverables ensuring all project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Monitor project performance and ensure conformance with program task schedules and milestones making adjustments as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and streamline project processes ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders communicating project progress risks and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience in project management preferably within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- Familiarity with the Defense Health Agency and its operations is highly desired.
- Proven ability to organize manage and direct complex project tasks and operations effectively.
- Experience managing diverse teams of contract support personnel across multiple locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain seniorlevel client relations and foster positive collaboration among teams.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
