Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Supervise cleaning associates ensuring they meet with the highest standards of cleanliness.
Ensure assigned residential homes are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Assist in the training of all residential cleaning associates ensuring that all associates have a complete understanding of the company policy procedures and expectations.
Ensure shift has sufficient cleaning supplies
Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior ensuring all associates are adhering to grooming and conduct standards.
Evaluates employee performance conduct onthejob training and coaching when necessary and initiate disciplinary action of associates when appropriate.
Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
Report incidents procedure or safety violations to management.
This is a working cleaning position that also includes driving to accounts.
Key Requirements:
Must have valid drivers license.
Bilingual (EnglishSpanish) is a must.
Detail oriented and strong communication skills (email phone).
Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.
Multi task oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
Customer focused with a cando approach to problem solving.
