Every seasoned successful latestage collections expert knows what it takes to have a longterm profitable career: tenacity exceptional persuasion skills creative thinking and respect for the regulatory boundaries.

At LoanMart you will apply these skills and abilities to your account queue in a payforperformance compensation structure (base nondiscretionary bonus plan). You are in control of your success.

As a team the Late Stage Collection group works together and with other Servicing Support teams to achieve monthly collection targets.

OBJECTIVES

• Use your skills of persuasion to successfully collect payments on accounts in late stages of delinquency.
• Build trust and rapport with your customers to minimize the need for vehicle repossession.
• Apply standard skiptracing methods to locate customer and vehicle lead information.
• Effectively prioritize accounts and identify prime collection opportunities to optimize collection possibilities.
• Employ compliant collection practices that meet regulatory and internal standards and requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Historical success in payforperformance collections environment
• Prior auto skiptracing experience
• Must have knowledge with FDCPA
• Must have previous knowledge/experience with Dialer System and highcall volume environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule and weekends
