DescriptionSummer 2025 Internship Opportunity. Now Hiring for an Employee Labor Relations & Organizational Development Intern. We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented intern to support a variety of administrative functions within a healthcare setting. This nonclinical internship offers exposure to the operational side of healthcare and is ideal for individuals interested in learning how healthcare organizations function behind the scenes.
Interns will assist with administrative tasks contribute to projects and gain insight into the daytoday support work that helps keep a healthcare organization running smoothly. You will have the chance to collaborate with professionals across the organization and contribute to meaningful work that supports the overall delivery of patient care.
Schedule:
- Fulltime 80 hours every 2 weeks
- MidMay 2025August 2025
- Onsite; travel to multiple St. Cloud locations may be required
Pay & Benefits:
- The rate of pay for this internship is: $18.50 per hour

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g. Business MarketingHR Communications Logistics Finance Accounting Analytics Computer Science).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment and able to make progress on goals and targets without consistent direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Drivers License.
Core Functions:
- Assist with daytoday operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with special projects related to process improvement program planning or departmental goals
- Conduct research and gather data to support projects
- Prepare agendas take meeting notes and follow up on action items as needed
- Help with scheduling communications and coordination of activities
- Conduct basic research and summarize findings for use in planning or decisionmaking
- Assist with internal communication efforts including drafting emails or informational materials
- Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries or routing questions appropriately
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions with observations or feedback
- Perform other duties as assigned.
