What youll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a finance professional to join its Treasury team and help drive the design implementation and of financial productsincluding credit foreign exchange (FX) and tokenized assets. In this role youll collaborate crossfunctionally to build innovative solutions establish scalable workflows and support critical operations around liquidity risk management and settlement. This is a handson opportunity at the intersection of finance and web3 ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced collaborative and forwardthinking environment.
What youll work on:
Product Design & Development: Partnering with Product and crossfunctional teams to design and enhance product offeringssuch as fiat FX onchain FX and creditdriving both innovation and growth.
Implementation: Building scalable wellcontrolled workflows that leverage Treasurys global footprint including the development of key internal tools and reporting frameworks.
: Managing daytoday and settlement workflows with clients liquidity providers and bankscovering trade booking monitoring reconciliation settlement and reporting.
Financial Resource Management: Monitoring and optimizing the use of liquidity capital and balance sheet capacity to support product growth and operations in coordination with FP&A and other finance teams.
Policies & Procedures: Developing and maintaining clear comprehensive documentation for Treasuryrelated policies standards and operational procedures.
What youll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
4 years in Treasury Finance or Operations preferably with exposure to blockchain and digital assets.
Strong operational and market knowledge including liquidity and collateral management.
Proven ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends or irregularities.
Skilled in managing competing priorities and building new workflows.
Selfmotivated adaptable and a creative problemsolver.
Preferred Requirements:
Strong technical skills; proficiency in Python SQL or similar languages preferred.
Bachelors in Finance Economics Computer Science or related field.
Experience/familiarity with Slack Apple MacOS and GSuite.
Excellent communicator with strong crossfunctional and remote collaboration skills

Starting pay is determined by various factors including but not limited to: relevant experience skill set qualifications and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $102500 $137500
