Crowned Grace International is seeking a highly experienced Senior Action Officer to serve as a Program Manager Master. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing directing and managing contract operation support functions involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Organize direct and manage contract operation support functions to ensure the effective of complex project tasks and initiatives.
Serve as the primary liaison with seniorlevel clients maintaining and managing critical interfaces to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
Collaborate with customer and contractor personnel to formulate review and refine task plans and deliverables ensuring project objectives are met and schedules are adhered to.
Analyze and provide guidance on policy proposals and program documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Monitor project performance to ensure compliance with program task schedules and make necessary adjustments to achieve successful outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in project and stakeholder engagement.
Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders effectively communicating project progress risks and recommendations.
Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience in program management or action officer roles.
Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agencys operations is highly desired.
Strong knowledge of policy proposals and program documentation processes.
Proven ability to organize and manage complex project tasks effectively while directing support functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
