POSITION SUMMARY: Twelvemonth openrank tenuretrack or clinical faculty position to serve as the Program Director for the developing Doctor of Science . in Health Sciences program. The Program Director will take the lead in designing the curriculum courses and overall structure of the DSc program in consultation with the Associate Dean for the School of Rehabilitation Sciences and the Dean for the College of Health. The new . program at Moravian University will be offered as an online program with focused inperson residency experience(s) at the institution. Thus there is opportunity for this position to be remote.
Preferred start date is June 2025 but an August 2025 start is negotiable.

SCHOOL COLLEGE UNIVERSITY & FACILITIES: The School of Rehabilitation Sciences houses undergraduate programs in Health Sciences (BS) and Public Health (BS or BA) and graduate programs in Athletic Training (MSAT & DAT) Occupational Therapy (MSOT & PPOTD) SpeechLanguage Pathology (MSSLP SLPD) and Physical Therapy (DPT). The vision for the School is to develop collaborative interprofessional programs within a single academic unit. By combining an entrepreneurial spirit and a unique curricular structure students and faculty are able to engage with one another across disciplines in a truly interprofessional educational environment modeled toward best practices in the clinical setting. This collaborative environment is designed to foster student learning and engagement while avoiding the traditional discipline specific silos that impede learning.
Moravian University has stateoftheart facilities to accommodate the growing health sciences programs. The School of Rehabilitation Sciences is housed in the newly renovated Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Center. Additionally students have access to resources in the Sally Breidegam Miksiewicz Center for Health Sciences. Both buildings house cuttingedge technology for student education.
