Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Sullivan NH

Full time

Our Client is a male who suffered from a stroke leading to blindness and one sided weakness. He needs help with personal care including but not limited to assistance with dressing meal preparation light housekeeping and over all safety.

Schedule

Monday Thursday
Flexible Hours

Pay Rate

$17.50/hour

As a Home Health LNA heres a bigpicture view of what youll do:

Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming light housekeeping meal preparation and companionship
Help with ambulation transferring and range of motion exercises
Provide medication reminders document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles games reading and hobbies

A few musthaves for Home Health LNAs:

High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in NH
Six 6 months of experience in a healthcare role preferred
CPR certification preferred not required
Must be able to lift 50LBS with no restrictions
Valid NH drivers license and transportation
Compassionate and helping nature good communicator
