About the role
We are looking for a person with strong accounting knowledge who will mainly handle payments invoice posting and solving complex accounting issues. Main responsibilities
- Preparing recurring payments as well as handling adhoc payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Reconcile bank statements
- Posting invoices
- Active participation and preparing documentation for auditors
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Active participation in monthend closing
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Our requirements
- High education in accounting/finance or/and another related field nice to have
- Min. 7 years of working experience in the accounting (candidates with experience in Polish accounting are welcome)
- Good knowledge of polish accounting rules
- Good command of English (B1/B2
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure multitask and effectively prioritise.
- Organised with attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Able to use own initiative to resolve day to day issues.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
