PART TIME VETERINARIAN (MAT Leave Cover) SUNSHINE COAST

Leave on time EVERY DAY

Paid by the hour including any overtime worked
Nurses assist in the consult rooms with billing and estimates
Where you will be working:
The Sunshine Coast offers an excellent lifestyle with great national parks restaurants galleries and beaches.
We are a 100 small animal practice that have been serving our loyal clients for over 28 years.
Were small enough for you to be the goto if you have a special interest but large enough to have the support of other vets.
Parental leave is supported CPD encouraged and well above average.
Excellent referral practices close by to work up any case that is outside your comfort zone.
Modern top of the range equipment including IDEXX inhouse haematology and biochemistryDigital XRay Dental Xray a new laser therapy machine and all the usual toys. We would be open to making equipment purchases for special interests.
About the Team:
Youll be working with terrific support staff and experienced veterinary nurses who are eager to welcome a new Veterinarian to our clinic.
Out team collaborate encourage and respect each other. We are passionate about providing high standards of veterinary care and client service. We come to work to do what we enjoy helping improve the lives and wellbeing of our patients and in turn doing the same for their owners.
Highly experienced Veterinary team capable and eager to support the development of a young Veterinarian.
About the Role:
Part Time 15 hrs per week 1:2 weekends. Option to be a consultingonly role.
35 yrs experience required.
The key responsibilities will be the usual consultations and client service record keeping surgical procedures and continuing education.
The clinic currently opens 8.00am6pm MondayFriday and 8.00am12pm Saturday.
There is no on call duty and we do not open Sundays or public holidays. Our clinicians work a rotating roster for Saturdays
