What youll be doing
As a member of CIBCs team you will be responsible for supporting the US Region BCM program in the delivery of effective BCM planning risk monitoring and mitigation. Reporting to the Director of the US BCM program the BCM RM Specialist will work directly with business units supporting the New York Branch to guide development of actionable and sustainable recovery strategies that ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and corporate guidelines. A key aspect of this role is understanding organizational priorities and the potential impact of failures in internal and external dependencies including IT infrastructure and supplier relationships on service delivery.

This role has an expected salary range of $110000.00 $140000.00 for the Chicago market based on experience qualifications and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
