Job Description
We areSystems LLCa leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment.Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.
Weld and assemble different pieces by using hand held welding equipment such as hand tools clamps
jigs and fixtures; utilize different materials (plate steel sheet steel structural steel and tubing)
Prepare and complete work on materials by welding cutting grinding and cleaning metal
Test and inspect welded components to ensure they meet set specifications before moving to the next
department
Work from different specifications and shop orders
Utilize ruler square templates and gauges to take and read measurements
Operate cranes hoists and lift tables
Report damages on machines and equipment; maintain equipment in a condition that does not
compromise safety
Report all unsafe conditions to management
Monitor/control the robotic welding process
Operate robotic welding equipment to perform welding tasks
Perform visual inspection of weld quality
Program robotic welding systems
Provide work reports/feedback to supervisors or engineering teams
Set up/prepare robotic welding equipment for operation
Troubleshoot/resolve and recover from potential technical issues that may arise
Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across
their teams.
