Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join theCustomer Experience Marketing Team a strategic function within Growth Marketing focused on improving new customer onboarding engagement retention and churn prevention. This role is essential in executing campaigns and initiatives that create a seamless personalized and engaging experience for our clients across hospitals FQHCs and private practices.
The Marketing Specialist will help deliver highimpact marketing efforts across digital and offline channels develop and optimize content tailored to different customer segments and support the Ambassador and Referral program to drive organic growth through customer advocacy. The ideal candidate is detailoriented datadriven and highly organized with a passion for enhancing the customer journey and contributing to longterm growth.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
Primary Duties:
- Project Coordination & Campaign : Partner on the delivery of onboarding retention and engagement campaigns across various channels. Manage creative timelines content coordination and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with customer journey milestones.
- Content & Messaging Development: Partner on creating and refining customerfacing content and messaging tailored to segmented audiences. Collaborate with creative portfolio marketing and lifecycle teams to ensure communications are relevant timely and aligned with brand voice and Aledade experience.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g. open rates engagement retention trends churn rates). Identify opportunities for improvement and partner with the team to test iterate and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Program Support Ambassador & Referral: Support the operations communications and promotion of the Ambassador and Referral program. Assist in outreach logistics and reporting to strengthen brand advocacy and organic growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related degree
- 5 years of experience in marketing communications or related field
Preferred KSAs:
- Proven experience in marketing especially in onboarding and retention campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and collaborate crossfunctionally
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for customerfirst messaging
- Experience with campaign email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
- Proven ability to multitask stay organized and communicate well with other stakeholders
- Advanced communication and writing skills; ability to network with ease
- Healthcare background
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of databases/database marketing a plus
- Product management and gotomarket strategy
$65000 $75000 a year
Salary Range: $65000$75000 base bonus equity
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
