Job Summary:
As a Deal Set Up and Funding Analyst in Wholesale Lending Services your primary focus will be supporting the facilitation of syndicated loans for Fortune 500 companies through the deal closing process ensuring they reach their financial goals. You will focus on partnerships between the front office legal transaction coordinators and account servicing teams to deliver a firstclass client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate collaboration across multiple teams to interpret loan documentation for accurate processing of new deals.
- Own coordination of principal and feerelated closing payments.
- Maintain accountability for gathering all required documentation prior to deal closing while working with Transaction Coordinators and other partners.
- Actively manage and prioritize a pipeline of assigned transactions.
- Govern and reconcile exception reports related to recently closed transactions.
- Analyze amendments made to existing agreements and/or deal structure characteristics and communicate changes to account managers.
- Consistently provide accurate data while maintaining a low quality control error rate.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- General understanding of Finance and Loan products.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Selfmotivated with a teamoriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.
- Ability to foster and maintain professional relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Commercial Banking experience.
- Syndicated Loan experience.
- LOAN IQ experience.
