Were looking forhighly skilled and experienced Finance Technical Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid/in office role based at our Seattle headquarters. As Senior Finance Technical Analyst youll be responsible for collaboratingwith Finance to gather business requirements and develop system enhancements using Oracle developer tools. Youll support and troubleshoot finance systems ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Additionally you will analyze financial processes for improvement develop documentation conduct user training and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial systems architecture and development with a particular emphasis on Oracle technologies Data Warehouse solutions and Application Integrations. This role necessitates a blend of technical expertise project management acumen and the ability to develop and collaborate with cross functional teams various stakeholders to implement innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Comprehend and work with Oracle Database architecture.
- Utilize Oracle Development Toolkit for diverse development tasks.
- Support and enhance applications developed in Oracle APEX.
- Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL code.
- Design and implement integration architecture using Informatica ETL XML JSON REST API etc.
- Author comprehensive technical requirement documentation.
- Manage projects effectively ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Employ data visualization tools such as Power BI to create insightful reports.
- Develop user training documentation and conduct training sessions.
- Coordinate with technical resources to implement new technology solutions.
- Leverage RPA tools such as UiPath and Power Automate for process automation.
- Design and manage Data Warehouse solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 510 years experience in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong experience in APEX development is an essential requirement.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
- Proven experience in Oracle Database architecture.
- Handson experience with Oracle Development Toolkit.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
- Experience in integration architecture specifically EDI and REST API.
- Excellent technical writing skills for requirement documentation.
- Ability to write and deliver user training documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with technical and business teams on implementations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g. H1B status).
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge in Data Warehouse design and management is beneficial.
- Experience with Python Java and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working with data visualization tools is desirable.
- Having experience in project management is highly advantageous.
- Certification in Oracle technologies.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud is plus.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Please note that this is a hybrid/in office position based in our Seattle WA headquarters. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week (TuesdayThursday).558

- Base Salary Range: $107700.00$160000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
