take ownership and drive the strategic direction of learning management at ZEISS with a primary focus on Sales Learning
collaborate closely with the Head of Learning Management to support the overall strategic development of the ZEISS Group
manage strategic initiatives and take on the technical leadership of projects within the learning management area
develop and implement learning strategies (technical and didactic) translating them into actionable projects and overseeing their
Plan lead and monitor projects including resource budget and risk management while coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
develop KPIs to measure success and ensure clear communication with stakeholders and management
operate in a complex global environment across business units regional organizations and supporting functions
create innovative new learning concepts that have a significant impact on the strategic development of ZEISS core competencies but also go beyond them
Academic degree in natural sciences engineering or business administration ideally complemented by an MBA
several years of professional experience preferably in project management and learning strategy development and implementation
deep knowledge and strong passion for learning combined with expertise in methodology implementation and digital platforms
enjoy working in an agile manner within networked and interdisciplinary teams. Exceptional analytical skills strategic thinking and capability
Passion for innovation business development and enthusiasm for new technologies. Outstanding interpersonal skills and empathy to guide diverse stakeholders through organizational change processes
fluent in English both written and spoken; fluency in German is a strong advantage
