Holman Motorcars representing RollsRoyce Bentley Aston Martin Lotus Lamborghini Bugatti and INEOS is a leading player in the automotive retail industry renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and marketing. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in experiential marketing to join our team.
This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall Holman Motorcars marketing and experience strategy. Your responsibilities will revolve around working with the Team Lead Strategic Account Manager and our OEM partners to support the marketing and event goals.
Primary Job Functions:
Planning supporting and executing Holman Motorcars events and activations.
Creating and maintaining valuable relationships with key affinity partners.
Execute and maintain Marketing Plans for all OEM brands in coordination with the team lead and Strategic Account Manager (SAM).
Working closely with partners in St. Louis or Fort Lauderdale to ensure seamless collaboration.
Attending regular sales meetings and store discussions regarding sales support programs and tactical measures.
Attending meetings with OEMs to discuss marketing plans. Building and nurturing strong relationships with leadership teams with all OEM partners.
Collaborating with the instore content creator to generate compelling content for various platforms including photography and videos for social media websites and more.
Collaborating with campaign specialists to monitor and analyze campaign performance interpret results and provide optimization suggestions.
Hosting regular meetings to communicate updates and recommendations to the Team Lead and SAM.
Improving and supporting instore branding and client experiences. Attracting and fostering relationships with exotic car owners and clubs to increase store presence.
Must pass a physical and background check prior to employment.
BS in Marketing Communications or a related field
3 years experience in Marketing
3 years experience in a consulting sales or account management capacity

Regular FullTime

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $61520.00 $89205.00 USD annually for full time employees.
