Senior Manager Business Analysis
Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Business Analysis will oversee a team of Business Analysts ensuring the successful delivery of datadriven projects across Kaseya. Reporting to the Director of Analytics or VP of Product you will strategize on highlevel initiatives mentor analysts and drive alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
In this role you will:
- Lead BA Team: Manage hiring training and development of Business Analysts to build a highperforming team.
- Strategic Project Oversight: Align BA efforts with organizational objectives prioritizing projects that offer the highest impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to identify critical business challenges that require data solutions.
- Process Improvement: Define and refine frameworks methodologies and best practices for business analysis ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor Project Lifecycle: Ensure timely and onbudget delivery by guiding requirementgathering solution design and user acceptance testing across multiple projects.
- Risk and Issue Management: Anticipate potential obstacles proactively develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Performance Reporting: Establish KPIs for BA activities track performance and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Drive Culture of Collaboration: Foster a strong partnership between the Business Analysis function Data Team and other departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Business Information Systems or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role with 2 years of team leadership/management experience.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics reporting platforms and data governance principles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex crossfunctional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership communication and conflictresolution skills.
- Ability to navigate a fastpaced highgrowth environment and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies requirementgathering tools and project management software.
- Experience with budget and resource planning is a plus.
