About this Role

Writer is seeking a senior director of acquisition marketing to lead and optimize our digital marketing strategy. This key leadership role will focus on developing strategies driving and scaling a highperforming team to drive demand generation and revenue growth through digital channels. You will work crossfunctionally with sales marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable results while fostering innovation and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic datadriven mindset with deep expertise in fullfunnel performance marketing. Youll bring a validated POV on digital planning media ad operations and stakeholder management paired with the passion of a marketer the insight of a strategist and the drive of a doer.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital acquisition and revenue marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition engagement and conversions across SEM SEO social display and ABM

  • Optimize fullfunnel digital campaigns to generate highquality leads maximize ROI and drive pipeline and revenue growth

  • Manage a digital agency and build a highperforming digital marketing team fostering a culture of innovation datadriven decisionmaking and continuous learning

  • Collaborate with sales product marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize the buyer journey across digital touchpoints

  • Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs track performance and optimize marketing strategies for efficiency and impact

  • Oversee the digital media budget ensuring effective allocation and across channels to meet revenue goals and maximize spend efficiency

  • Architect and execute digital demand generation programs to deliver salesready leads to our inside sales teams queue ensuring every prospect interaction is dataenriched and primed for immediate engagement

  • Lead the adoption and integration of marketing technologies including AIdriven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability

  • Report regularly on performance metrics business impact and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive datadriven decisionmaking

Is this you

  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Located in either NYC or SF area

  • Proven experience leading top of funnel strategies at scale

  • Strong expertise in SEM SEO Paid Social and Accountbased marketing

  • Deep understanding of demand gen funnels and contentdriven customer journeys

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics SEMrush and other data visualization tools

  • Experience with both a top down and bottoms up GTM approach

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across crossfunctional teams

  • Experience using AI and automation to scale content creation and optimization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a thought leadership mindset
