Job Description
Introduction
Our client is seeking a driven Data Science & Analytics Manager to join their team. The key focus of your role will be to build and lead a highperforming team of Data Scientists and Analytics professionals. By fostering a sustainable longterm capability in Data Science and Analytics you will establish the foundation needed to achieve our clients strategic objectives and continuously drive innovation and impact through data.
Experience Requirements
- Degree (Honours Masters or PHD) in quantitative fields such as Actuarial Science Statistics Computer Science Engineering Mathematics and/or combination of these.
- Proven expertise in data science technologies such as Python PowerBI Microsoft Azure Spark big data ecosystems machine learning frameworks and cloud infrastructure
- At least 10 years of handson involvement in data science projects including managing largescale initiatives and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- ACI Candidates
- Deep knowledge of Python or R and common analytics/ML libraries (NumPy Pandas Matplotlib SciPy)
- track record using Jupyter notebooks
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large complex datasets are essential.
