The Role
Oversee the delivery of the CELPIP exam help deliver a smooth and efficient test administration and report on test delivery.
The schedule is Wednesday Friday 1pm 9pm and Saturday Sunday 7.30am 4pm.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and oversee the delivery CELPIP testing
- Ensure test room and equipment is ready for delivery
- Coordinate test takers and provide a smooth customer service experience
- Administer test and understand the responsibilities of a testday technician and invigilator and be available to fulfil those roles as needed
- Resolve and document issues as they arise and submit reports
- Upload and securely store tests
- Understand and enforce testing guidelines and rules
Education and Experience
- Fluency in speaking listening reading and writing English
- Minimum of 2 years postsecondary education or equivalent work experience

Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift/move items up to 10 pounds
- Frequent sitting while monitoring tests
