Job Description
As one of the fastestgrowing warehousing and logistics companies in North America were looking for an experienced Materials Supervisor for our Florence Kentucky facility. Summary: Assists with training material movement and the growth of team members. Plansassignsand directs work. Appraises the performance of Team Members. Rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints as well asresolving problems. Involved in Multidisciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives companys Continuous Improvement Process and Policies. Ensures compliance to Comprehensive Dock Safety Procedures. Monitor the flow of labor and material in the Shipping Process.
