We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Head of Partner Consultancy Beauty
ZMS helps brands grow through a full range of marketing services powered by consumer insights and Zalandos unique fashion and lifestyle platform. Our approach covers creative production strategic planning and media across Zalandos channels social media influencer campaigns PR events and more.
As part of the ZMS Commercial team youll lead the Beauty partner portfolio working towards bold growth targets and helping shape the future of marketing at Zalando. Youll manage two teams Partner Consultancy & Partner Success and act as the key liaison between ZMS and our Sports partners. Your role will involve consulting strategy planning campaign and building strong partner relationships across various business models and channels. This is a leadership role where youll drive innovation represent Beauty within ZMS and ensure the delivery of highimpact goaldriven marketing solutions.

Beauty & Industry Background: 9 years in online marketing sales ideally within fashion or lifestyle sectors with a strong beauty background and recent leadership of partnerfacing teams. Team Leadership: Proven track record in leading highperforming teams and developing talent to meet business goals. Online Advertising: Deep knowledge of online marketing campaign processes KPIs and digital trends. Customer & Client Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing seniorlevel relationships and clients. Strategic & Crossfunctional Skills: Strategic thinker with experience in stakeholder management and working across teams like Finance Analytics Marketing Tech and eCommerce.
