You will support endtoend logistics (physical flows from plants to customers)including all warehouse transport and copacking operations in terms of service cost health andsafety quality food defense sustainability legal requirements and policies compliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for the logistics organization. In this role you will implement logistics strategy and effectively execute operations to ensure optimum logisticssolutions while supporting various routestomarket and balancing service and cost. You will workcollaboratively with internal and external (thirdparty logistics vendors) business partners toensure effective management timely solutions and .

Education / Certifications:
Bachelors degree
Job specific requirements:
8 years of experience in the logistics industry and leading teams.
Travel requirements: 10 per year. Domestic travel to the cross docks and annual meetings.
Work schedule: From Monday to Friday. Onsite role.
The base salary range for this position is $137300 to $188825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget. In addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
