Job Description Summary
Provides direction and leadership to a group of team members for the
purpose of achieving a key result as per SLA. Improves process
performance and/or ensures cost control. The Team Leader should build
transparency communicate with stakeholders/external parties and
motivate the team.
Job Description
- Delivers processes as per agreed SLA.
- Drives and delivers cost initiatives.
- Has responsibility for stakeholder management.
- Ensures operations are adequately resourced and risk is assessed.
- Drives performance and talent management.
- Reviews and assesses performance of the process.
- Monitors and improves the overall performance of their operation.
- Runs projects to drive cost.
- Explores problem areas and works on the solution.
- Has responsibility for succession planning and assessing supporting and encouraging the right talent

Pay Range:
$86K $95K
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
