POSITION OF POOL GRILL (CABANA) ATTENDANT
REPORTS TO: Dining Room Manager/Head Chef
The purpose of this job description is to communicate the responsibilities and duties associated with the position of POOL GRILL ATTENDANT. JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities a competent POOL GRILL ATTENDANT to take and prepare orders for guests while maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing customers with a memorable experience.
WAGE/HOUR STATUS
Nonexempt (eligible for overtime)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
Attend to customers upon arrival at window
Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
Collaborate with kitchen staff
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue checks and accept payment
Promote dedication from customers
Stock and maintain the inventory and par level of the pool grill
Prepare premade menu items prior to the start of business
Coordinate with kitchen staff all food items to be prepared from the restaurant kitchen
Daily opening and closing of the cash register; daily deposits
Responsible for properly cleaning and restocking the grill for the next days business
QUALIFICATIONS

Hands on experience in cashier duties

Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
