To support this were looking for a Junior Data Analyst to be based at our Gniezno Production Plant. This person will become part of our international team in driving our digital transformation journey forward.
If you are a skilled individual who is motivated to engage with numbers of data challenges within supply chain in the dominant slope roof window manufacturing company we might have a match.
Your tasks:
- Design and deliver actionable reports that help the business make informed decisions based on realtime and historical data.
- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to existing dashboards and reports to make them more user friendly and insightful.
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner team to ensure highquality data deliveries during agile sprint executions.
- Prepare process documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Act as a partner and support for digital transformation projects within supply chain processes.
Key qualifications:
- A keen curiosity and interest in data storytelling you enjoy finding patterns and insights that help to make better decisions.
- 12 years of relevant experience within supply chain or support functions.
- Practical experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI or any other visualization tools.
- A keen interest in user experience and understanding of how to design intuitive user interfaces.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential.
- Willingness to travel for business (approximately 1020 days annually).
