Universal Horror Unleashed is a terrifyingly unique experience that will bring haunts to Las Vegas yearround. Located at Area 15 is the heart of horror we would love to have you haunting alongside us! With the nature of this experience comes a unique working environment. You will find yourself working in dark environments around special effects including strobe lights fog artificial smells and more. The working hours will be unique typically spanning over late evenings/nights and weekends (holidays included). JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for washing dishes silverware equipment and cooking utensils. Performs general cleaning duties in accordance with Universal standards. Maintains kitchen areas and equipment in a clean sanitary and orderly condition.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loads and empties dish machine washes pots pans cooking utensils and equipment by hand and assists kitchen staff as needed.
- Removes waste empties and cleans garbage receptacles removes recyclable materials and places in appropriate areas. Cleans the kitchen by sweeping mopping washing kitchen walls floors and floor mats. Performs closing duties in accordance with operational standards.
- Stocks all dishware and glassware as cleaned. Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested.
- Follows MSDS standards safety and sanitation procedures.

CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
- Possession of SNHD Health card.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 6 months of steward/dish washing experience is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
