About the Role

The Revenue Operations Associate plays a key role in analyzing revenue data optimizing processes and supporting GTM teams. This role requires a solid understanding of revenue processes and data management with opportunities to delve deeper into strategic initiatives and process improvements.

The Revenue Operations Associate reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct detailed analysis of revenue and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collect analyze evaluate and report sales data to increase sales productivity
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track performance metrics and key business indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in generating actionable insights and provide sales strategies and direction regarding sales patterns and trends.
  • Work on projects to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the revenue operations function for better reporting and insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and optimize the use of CRM and other revenue tools.
  • Communicate sales forecasting pipeline management and performance tracking.
  • Assist in the design and of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
  • Provide analytical support to the sales team to enhance performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in revenue operations sales operations finance or a related role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce) and reporting tools (Excel Tableau PowerBI) is preferred.
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis reporting and visualization tools.
  • Motivated and proactive with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
