As a Personal Care Aide at Fellowship Community your daytoday responsibilities will involve assisting residents with daily activities including grooming dressing and meal preparation. What were looking for in a Personal Care Aide
To excel as a Personal Care Aide at Fellowship Community candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents and their families. Compassion patience and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role. Additionally being organized detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment will contribute to your success. Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures is beneficial as well as the ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
