As a member of the Washington Sales team our Associate Sales & Account Executive Sales Support assists the Account Executives with client communications sales tracking and material preparation. This role involves market research identifying growth opportunities and managing client onboarding processes while maintaining strong collaboration across teams. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their sales career while contributing to team success all in service of making our members health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
Associate Sales Account Support would have a bachelors degree in marketing business or related field and 03 years of experience in direct sales customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be currently licensed or must become licensed within 90 days of hire to sell insurance (health life and/or disability) in the state(s) where business is conducted. Prior to receiving a license staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities.

What You Will Do at Cambia:
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and developing sales strategies for assigned accounts
Create compelling sales materials including presentations and proposals supported by research and data analysis
Guide product selection and manage client onboarding processes ensuring smooth implementation
Maintain detailed records of client interactions sales activities and key performance metrics while building strong client relationships
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure aligned of sales initiatives
Manage administrative operations including meeting coordination documentation and travel logistics
Plan and execute business development events to strengthen relationships with community stakeholders and clients
The base hourly pay range for this job is $25.50 $41.50. The bonus target for this position is 5.
