Join Fidelity Labs our inhouse new business incubator and build the next generation of DevOps infrastructure for our current and future startups! You will guide existing startups through the DevOps process on Fidelitys infrastructure and lead the development of an improved process for future startups.
This role will act as the primary interface between Fidelitys core DevOps and Infrastructure teams and the technical teams within Labs. Your primary goal will be the simplify and expeditate the DevOps processes for current Labs businesses. You will also work closely with early stage teams on design and initial setup.
This role requires deep technical expertise in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. Provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure at Fidelity requires coordination across numerous technology groups and a strong awareness of the industry specific governance and security considerations.

The base salary range for this position is $103000$218000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
