Role & responsibilities
Global Support: Manage and resolve 1st and 2nd line support tickets
Service Desk Management: Support IT Operations in the Cognite Bengaluru office
HandsOn Support:
Access management for internal and thirdparty systems and applications.
License management and processing requests
User identity and group support
IT hardware troubleshooting and handling requests
Access management
Technical Troubleshooting:
Resolve support issues related to Azure (Intune/Entra ID) Google Workspace Atlassian products (Jira Confluence) Slack and other SaaS applications
Documentation: Document IT processes in our knowledge base
Collaboration: Work closely with the organization to leverage expertise for efficient IT operations
We believe most of these should match your experience
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in IT operation support specifically 1st and 2nd line roles
ITSM Tool Proficiency: Experience with ITSM tools preferably Jira Service Management
Educational Background: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or similar
Has relevant experience in IT Operations
Team Player: A collaborative spirit who loves to share inspire and work with colleagues
Technical Skills: Relevant technical skills to contribute effectively to the teams tasks
ServiceMinded: A serviceoriented mindset energized by interacting with colleagues
