Job Description
TITLE: HR Director

NEW ROLE DUE TO GROWTH/ACQUISITION our client is looking for an HR Director in Laredo TX relocation is being offered.
Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for one of the companys business units
Reports to the Head of HR
Lead an HR team of four
Key partner to senior leadership working closely with the President of the business unit
Strategic and handson role
10 years of broad and deep HR experience
HR experience in the logistics distribution warehousing manufacturing industrial or similar industries
Leadership experience
MUST BE bilingual in English and Spanish
