Job Description
Residential House Manager
***FullTime Positions Available***
*$1500 SignOn Bonus*
In this role you will plan supervise and coordinate support services required to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Responsibilities include: supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals planning staff coverage and collaborating with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled. You will also assist with the coordination of services planning and management of residents health recreational and social activities. Those in this position are passionate about supporting others and making a difference in peoples lives.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field
Valid NYS drivers license
Related experience in residential programs and supervisory experience
