Job Description

CNA Flex 3 Per Diem Program
Per Diem positions where employees commit to work
3 days/week
The position is float shifts will be assigned based
on needs of the organization
Rotating weekends
Additional shifts may be worked. These shifts will be assigned according to the needs of the organization. Second and third shift differential will apply to these additional shifts. In the event the facility requests additional coverage any time over forty hours worked will be paid at time and onehalf.
**Only experienced C.N.A. with 1 year of experience will be considered for Per Diem positions.
**Experience preferred in Skilled Nursing Facility/LongTerm Care environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility/LongTerm Care environment preferred
Licensure: Required CT C.N.A. Certification
