Your mission
- You will play a key role in the continuous development of our software contributing your extensive experience to improve code quality and architecture
- You will develop new features and ensure that technical challenges are handled efficiently
- You actively participate in code reviews architectural decisions and performance optimizations
- You bring your expertise to technical discussions and promote best practices within the team
- You are interested in mentoring architecture and technical strategy and have the opportunity to grow in these areas
- You collaborate closely with other developers product managers and designers to create the best possible solutions
- You contribute to hiring new team members and support the recruitment process
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on frontend (ideally and backend (Python).
- Passion for highquality maintainable code and efficient development processes.
- You see yourself as someone who drives innovation and optimizations in software development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
- A productoriented mindset: You understand user needs and leverage your technical knowledge to build an outstanding product.
- You thrive in an international environment and are fluent in English
- You are comfortable working remotely and can effectively organize work and collaboration asynchronously.
