As a Project Manager you will take on the rewarding and exciting role of driving innovation and leading the implementation of cuttingedge technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining processes optimizing workflows and maximizing the potential of our service management platforms and tools. By leveraging your project management skills and deep understanding of customer needs you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Together we will revolutionize the way we deliver services exceed customer expectations and stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through deployment ensuring delivery on time scope and budget.
Partner with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders architects developers and external vendors to define project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans manage timelines resource allocation risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated communication and governance.
Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies as appropriate for each engagement.
Monitor and report on project progress key milestones risks and issues to executive leadership.
Manage change control and scope adjustments with an eye on business value and impact.
Ensure alignment with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices for implementation configuration and integration.
Support organizational change management and enduser adoption strategies.
Qualifications:
5 years of project management experience with 3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations (e.g. ITSM CSM SPM or custom apps).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation lifecycle.
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification (Scrum Master SAFe) preferred.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist are strong assets.
Proven experience managing crossfunctional teams and thirdparty vendors.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
