Summary
Responsible for leading and managing key HR functions including recruiting Colleague engagement and compensation in support of the Goshen Healths mission. This role will serve as a strategic partner ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and drive the overall Colleague experience. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in talent acquisition Colleague satisfaction and ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
Position Qualifications
Minimum Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum Experience 5 7 years experience in Human Resources. Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
Preferred Experience Previous Human Resources management experience preferred.
Certifications Preferred HR certification (PHR SHRMCP etc.
