You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Subaru Express Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers in need of vehicle maintenance services. Your role is to ensure customers receive excellent service by effectively communicating their needs to the service team and providing timely updates.
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers as they arrive for express service answer questions and provide guidance on their vehicles maintenance needs.
Service Coordination: Communicate with Express Service Technicians to ensure that services are completed in a timely manner.
Vehicle Service Management: Help customers understand the recommended maintenance services for their vehicles and provide updates on progress.
ProblemSolving: Address customer concerns or service questions and direct them to the appropriate team members for more indepth assistance when needed.
Quality Service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Customer Service Focus: Strong communication skills and a customerfirst attitude are essential.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team of technicians and fellow advisors.
Willingness to Learn: Previous experience is helpful but not required well provide the necessary training!
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Reliable & Motivated: A selfstarter whos dependable and eager to contribute to a growing team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
No prior automotive experience required but an interest in the industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Must be able to work fulltime and onsite.
