Crowned Grace International seeks a highly skilled Task Manager Master specializing in Stakeholder Engagement to lead strategic initiatives and facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders at the Defense Health Agency. This position requires at least 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience active experience as a Task Manager overseeing a team of a similar size and complexity. This role is critical for ensuring the successful of projects that align with the Organizations Mission Vision and Strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of professionals ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Assist with the hiring and interviewing process identifying candidates who possess the appropriate skills and qualifications.
- Maintain and enhance the teams skillset to support legacy products and modernization efforts.
- Provide oversight and direction for various tasks and projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Continuously assess team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between team members and upper management facilitating clear communication and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.
- 510 years of experience as an active Task Manager with a proven track record of leading and managing teams in a complex environment.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Detailoriented organized and selfmotivated with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
