Location: Studio Location
Position Type: PartTime or FullTime (depending on candidate availability)
Reports To: Studio Owner / Studio Manager

We exist as a community where clients can be challenged engage in mindbody connection create social connection and feel good about themselves. Were seeking an Operations Assistant who is excited to grow with us bring systems to life and create an exceptional experience for our clients.
The Operations Assistant is the backbone of the studio supporting daily operations assisting with administrative and customer service tasks and helping to maintain an inviting efficient and wellorganized environment. This person will be instrumental in ensuring the studio runs smoothly as we expand our presence and refine our brand.
- Welcome clients warmly and assist with checkin and scheduling
- Manage booking software class rosters and waitlists
- Maintain cleanliness and studio readiness (equipment sanitization tidy lobby etc.
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply restocking
- Support studio marketing efforts (social media content event coordination promotions)
- Handle light administrative tasks (data entry responding to emails client followups)
- Provide feedback and help develop operational systems as the studio grows
- Be a reliable positive presence and team player within our studio culture
- Passionate about wellness fitness and community
- Organized and detailoriented with strong followthrough
- Comfortable with technology and open to learning new platforms
- Proactive adaptable and comfortable in a startup environment
- Friendly professional and confident in a customerfacing role
- Able to take initiative and contribute ideas to improve processes
- Prior experience in a studio gym or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with wellness/fitness booking platforms (e.g. Mindbody Mariana Tek etc.
- Social media savvy and comfortable creating content
- Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
- $16/hour
