Your new role:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead coach and support the claims team through regular oneonones feedback and development planning to drive individual and team performance.
- Performance & Workload Management: Oversee team KPIs and workflow to ensure timely highquality claims outcomes collaborating with specialist functions where needed.
- Engagement & Culture: Champion the Claims People Value Proposition foster engagement and act as a role model for company values and culture.
- Training & Quality: Partner with Quality Assurance to identify and address training needs across technical systems product and soft skills.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations policies and mandatory training with transparent reporting of issues and proactive resolution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong internal and external relationships including providing feedback on supplier performance and supporting crossfunctional collaboration.
