PAY & BENEFITS:
Annual salary starting at $100000 with bonus structure

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
The Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing the gross revenue and net operating income of SLR communities by developing a strong pipeline of leads conducting professional outreach and assisting/monitoring onsite sales teams to achieve and surpass goals set for calls presentations deposits early moveins and full occupancy. The Sales Specialist travels onsite to communities with the primary focus being on New Jersey communities with some travel to Connecticut as needed.
